The
Seriously Good Chocolate Factory
It helps to have
chocolate in the family. We began with family recipes
perfected by my grandfather, once Mayor of Hokitika,
an historic township and weather-beaten port on the
South Island's dramatic West Coast. He had a chocolate
business there. And there would be little forgiveness
for a poor flavour in those wild days. What else is
important? More than anything, it's having people
who share your dreams. The people you work with. The
people, our customers, for whom a chocolate truffle
should be no ordinary experience. Everyone needs someone
appreciative that they can feed a little chocolate
to. Keeping it just this side of obsession .So what
makes an unforgettable chocolate? Maybe you'll travel
this way sometime to find out.
