Around the Mountain Circuit
A well defined tramping track that circles the mountain. It takes up to 5 days or 3 - 4 days if you take the high level summer option.

Moki Track
The track was developed with wheelbarrows, picks and shovels as early as 1910. Both ends of the track pass through some 3 km of farmland before entering the forest, which contains good stands of tawa, kamahi and rimu.

This short walk leads to Mount Damper Falls, the highest in the North Island.
